Walk to Patonga

Patonga is the most southerly beach on the Central Coast peninsular.  You can walk from Pearl Beach to Patonga via the fire trail at the end of Crystal Avenue.  The walk takes around an hour each way.  The climb to the trig station at the top of the hill is a challenge (wide path but steep) however at the top you will be rewarded with the most spectacular views over Pittwater.

Crommelin Native Arboretum
The Crommelin Native Arboretum is at the end of Crystal Ave. The Arboretum is a 4.5-ha flora sanctuary with grassed areas, wetlands, patches of temperate rainforest, and open forest crisscrossed by very easy walking trails.

Walk around the lagoon

The lagoon can be reached from many spots, but probably the easiest way is via the path at the end of Agate and Coral Crescent.  Plenty of bird life to be seen.

Mt Ettalong Lookout

The lookout is along a path that runs beside the water tower on the hill above Pearl Beach.  From the look-out you can see Ettalong, Lion Island and across to Palm Beach.
